Our design contract rates vary based on the floor area of the house
-₱60,000 for floor areas below 200 sqm
- ₱80,000 for floor areas between 200 sqm to 350 sqm
- ₱100,000 for floor areas between 351 sqm and 500 sqm
- ₱120,000 for floor areas between 500 sqm to 700 sqm
- ₱150,000 for floor areas between 701 sqm to 1,000 sqm
- ₱200,000 for floor areas above 1,200 sqm
